An independent food delivery service in 20+ cities, competing against tech giants with a fraction of their budget. We built the positioning, redesigned the brand, restructured marketing and redesigned the app. Installs grew 7x, acquisition costs dropped 3.3x within the first month.

The company raised over $10M in funding across multiple rounds. Revenue grew 6x year over year. The business expanded into B2B logistics, supplying couriers to major delivery platforms.

Research first, concepts second
Agreed with the founders: no creative work until we understand the market. Analysed delivery services across dozens of countries, studied competitors, collected international references. From that — brand philosophy, visual system, content strategy and tone of voice. Everything built on data.


300 creatives and 20+ hypotheses per week
Produced ~300 ad designs: video, 3D motion, static creatives across all formats and placements. Every creative tested in HADI cycles — hypothesis, action, data, insights. Rebuilt the marketing system end to end: correct CAC and LTV tracking, full-cycle ad operations, and an in-house team trained from scratch.




Fewer steps to payment, higher conversion
Redesigned the mobile app and website from onboarding to checkout. Merged cart and order into a single screen. Built separate flows for personal and business users — each with its own navigation, categories and checkout logic. Created a unified design system and illustration library ready to scale.
