We're hiring a product manager at 5x10 – someone who can work independently and thinks about business first. The studio works with tech companies and startups across Europe and Central Asia. Research covers products, markets, and users to find growth opportunities and product-market fit, then strategies get built around them. This includes positioning, brand identity, websites, and communications. Product and mobile app design. Testing marketing hypotheses – gathering them, setting priorities, running experiments. Production and distribution of ad campaigns and special projects. The role moves between different studio projects. Current focus: fintech, banking, and HR services.
What you'll do
- Lead full product management cycle: from market analysis and hypothesis generation to feature launches and performance analysis
- Conduct market and competitor analytics
- Develop product vision and roadmaps for studio projects
- Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams both within the studio and client teams
- Communicate directly with clients
- Track key product metrics and prepare reporting for stakeholders
Skills and experience
- Experience working with diverse products: B2C/B2B, web and mobile
- Knowledge, understanding, and ability to apply core product metrics (MPU, ARPU, LTV, CPI, CPM, and others)
- Proven experience independently creating and tactically implementing product development strategies
- Ability to speak business language, communicate through analytics and metrics, organize sprints and processes within product teams
- Ready to manage 3+ projects simultaneously
- Conversational English
